Breakdown:

  A break up story. We focus on the guy's (main character's) side of things. Throughout the video we see him doing things to occupy his time to get himself over a tough breakup. Seeing his "ex" with someone new, doesn't help him in forgetting her. This prompts him, though to start dating again. When he finally does begin to move forward, and she sees him, will he answer her call?

Band Intro :  Russian band, formed officially in 2012.

Creative Concept 

Style: Narrative (suggested by actions)/ Conceptual(moments and shots)

Camera: Handheld camera work w/ tripod use as well

Talent: We will make use of our team as talents as needed / acquire main characters, and make use of surrounding people as "extras" in common spaces on campus. 

Locations: Multiple// Indoors & Outdoors

Lighting: Night scenes / many will have a shadow overcast from bright "burn" type light effect. Day scenes bright, making use of natural lighting. Memory/flashback scenes, having soft edges from editing that we've come to grow used to w a transparent color-cast. (trying magenta) 

Script / music video story relation: 

2 concurrent story lines: 

- showing bits of the relationship where the couple was happy.

- the other, following central male missing & "getting over" ex / central female character. 

   > Stories intertwine and mirror lyrics:

• Location : IUSB / or alternate location (weather)
• Script / Scene: Him happy, talking with a small group of friends (2-3). He (only) sees her in the background with someone "new". His attitude changes. 
• Friends leave, he's left standing there / people passing him quickly / film sped up

• Location : DTSB at night/ or alternate location (weather)
• Script / Scene: Him having fun with friends / mixed shots looking up/ film speeds up > transition to bedroom scene

• Script / Scene: Him, candle lit behind pic of her, lays it on its face/ renames her # to "EX" (flash of "old times" together laughing)

Nobody’s wrong in this tidy  Broken hopes we needed in loud words like you

• Script / Scene: Him, swipes on tinder, several girls give same mssg > trikes up convo w/ one sets date
